Our customer a SaaS provider, was looking to enhance small and medium-sized customer subscription renewals and enhance customer consumption
Challenges
Customer renewals of SaaS subscriptions was lagging behind goals. Renewal efforts were not focused on key customers.
What we did
•Our team utilized analytics to identify patterns of behavior to enhance customer renewal rates, thus enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell
•Used SQL, data visualization, data analytics, and predictive tools along with algorithms that enabled identification and segmentation of customers
