Barry Massoudi (Managing Partner): Barry is an experienced management consultant, trusted adviser & coach, with strong drive for achievement. He’s passionate about solving complex problems and driving fast-paced projects. Barry’s experience includes leading projects with Fortune 500 companies in a range of industries. He is the author of “Do the Right Deal, Do the Deal Right: 35 success factors for mergers and acquisitions” and has published a number of articles on business management. Barry holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from University of Washington.

Tracy Foster (Lead Consultant): Tracy, a graduate of the University of Washington, is an information professional, specializing in recruitment strategy, acquisition optimization, and team building. Leveraging over twenty years of business experience in the Pacific Northwest, Tracy has a strong understanding of the software and IT space and a keen awareness of the talent needed to ensure success. When the day ends or the week is complete, Tracy can be found laughing with her family, reaching out to the community, or enjoying a dark chocolate salted caramel.

Mona Deerwester MD, MSc (Senior Consultant): Mona is distinguished by her extraordinary, proven ability to deepen and extend practice reach and sales by cultivating trust, rapport and credibility.  She has over 10 years of experience in networking and bridging relationships to broaden industry reputation.  Mona is result-driven and forward-thinking, making continuous process improvement and strategic planning her forte.  She has worked in the fields of: healthcare, IT and sales.  Mona was raised in Canada and attended the University of British Columbia, she holds both a medical degree (MD) and a Master’s degree (M.Sc).

Eric Livingston (Senior Program Manager): After starting my career as an engineer, I now have over eighteen years of experience in program management across the tech and automotive industries. With my history of executing increasingly complex programs and leading projects using the most relevant principles in program management, I’m comfortable diving into projects with multiple dimensions and many unknowns. My favorite projects always have one thing in common, they’re always “firsts” for the organizations I represent. First time offering Volume Licensed software on OEM built and distributed hardware. Check! First time migrating customers from a tried-and-true (but obsolete) license model to one that better aligns with the latest technologies. You bet! Planning and designing an assembly line with 90% automation? Yes please! In my free time I enjoy winter sports and supporting my alma mater, the University of Michigan.

Pierre Newsome, MBA (Director of Sales): With over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Sales leadership, Investment Banking and Operational Excellence within the Greater Seattle, Pierre Newsome brings his unique skill set in Strategic Business Decisions as our Director of Sales. With this wealth of experience he has attained extensive skills in guiding organizations to greater productivity and profitability, risk reduction and avoidance, team leadership development and talent for building a positive rapport with clients. He is tasked with utilizing this vast experience to build and position Strategic Business Decisions Consulting as a value added partner to our clients.

Gauri Kulkarni (Graphics Designer): Gauri is an experienced designer with a Masters in Design from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and on her way to obtain her second Masters in Graphic Design from Academy of Art University, San Francisco. She has worked for Cognizant and JPC Architects where she has created infographics. style guides and designed for web, mobile and print. She also volunteers her graphic design skills to create logos and print material for non-profits. She is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and can do prototyping using Wix and InVision.

Shariq Mohammad (Technical Program Manager): My interests in life lie solely on striving to become better in pleasing God for myself and my loved ones and larger human community. Any discourse, knowledge I can get my hands on, or good deeds I can do to help keep a mindset built on growth in solving issues without losing poise under pressure is a hobby to me. My greatest strengths are to add value by analyzing and learning complex systems, and demonstrating creativity to advise technical solutions that solve business process flows and problems. With over 7 years of IT experience across the SDLC and Mobile App Life-Cycle, release of two mobile apps on google play from my own startup, consistently exceeding goals working with diverse teams, I bring a proven track record of results and passion for new technology, innovation, and influencing positive change.

Deepika Raghuwanshi (Marketing Program Manager): Deepika is a customer focused professional with a diverse set of experiences in the field of Digital Marketing & Analytics, Account Management, Business Development, B2B Marketing and Consulting. Before moving to Seattle, she worked as a Technology Consultant with Deloitte Consulting and as a Key Account Manager with Schneider Electric in India. During this period, she developed Green Buildings Business and marketed Sustainable Energy Management Solutions to customers across diverse industries like Healthcare & Lifesciences, Hospitality, and Information Technology. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Marketing from leading universities in India. Being an engineer at heart and a manager by trait she loves solving challenging problems with infectious enthusiasm. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her family, and likes traveling to new places in the wilderness.
